Thomas pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in Governance and International Relations (2014–2017) before advancing to a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and Management (2017–2020).
Reflecting on his leadership journey, Thomas attributes his value driven approach to the principles nurtured during his time at UCU. He believes that the university’s core values of integrity, diligence, and Christ-centeredness will continue to guide him as a transformative and impactful leader in service to the Mukono community.
